Solo diner, which is a mistake, but here we are. Tremendous restaurant. Great food. Great wine. World class dessert.
Came in as solo diner (w reservation) and was treated well at the bar. I'm industry-adjacent, so I had a good convo with front of house and they were amenable to tasting some things before ordering. Interesting selection of Lebanese, Turkish, Galilee (hmm) wine. All very good. Try something new. Ordering Italian wine here is a mistake. I was already solo, so I don't want to make two mistakes in two paragraphs.
Crispy cauliflower was...crispy! Great sauces to liven it up. Sexy aioli. I think duck was involved in one of the sauces (sic) but great vegetarian option.
Salatim incredible across the board.
Lamb merguez. Signature dish. Very tasty. Rich. Classic. Cucumber and yogurt and herbs. You want great lamb merguez? Here's great lamb merguez.
Gotta say, though, the mind blower here is the brown butter knafeh. My god. I was lucky to travel to Quito and have dessert at Nuema from Pia Salazar (#1 pastry chef in the world that year). This is right there with what she was up to. Incredible pistachio, crunchy, herbal, and then...cheese!? This dessert is insane. Absurdly delicious.
I was splurging and got Massaya Arak. You love anise? Here's great anise.
I asked about the Illuminati-ish glass coasters. Pretty, but mass produced. Would be cool to connect with local glass artists for something like that, but that is a hyper specific comment from a hyper specific perspective.
Obviously the best place in Louisville. Fight for that reservation, baby!

We went here for our anniversary and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The staff was so kind and professional, and made us feel so special. The food was incredible, and the cocktails were perfect. I am so thankful a restaurant like this is thriving in Louisville. The best combined food and hospitality experience we've had in years!

Knowing this was a top 3 new restaurant in 2024 according to Yelp it instantly got added to the list of restaurants to try. Knowing how far out in the future you have to make the reservation for, my expectations were through the roof. And MeeshMeesh managed to blow my expectations out of the water. EASILY and I can't say that enough, a top 5, arguably a top 3 restaurant in Louisville. Save yourself the trouble and convince the table to do the chefs choice and you'll be guided through a 4 course meal of all the amazing tastes and smells of the Mediterranean. Didn't have one bad bite of food, all the tastes are so authentic and capture each dish perfectly. Worth every penny, and can't wait to go back.

Had an amazing dinner. I was able to get seated immediately for a walk-in on Sunday evening. The service was great, and the server are very knowledgeable about the menu and are willing to explain.
The dishes were not only of great tast, but also great quantity. I had the shefha that was definitely the best value and gave me a full Mediterranean feast with a huge variety.

Such a great experience! I grabbed a seat at the bar, and the bartenders were awesome with solid recommendations. I was lucky enough to get a seat without a reservation, but I’d recommend booking ahead. All the food was great, and the tuna tartare was hands down my favorite. Definitely worth checking out!

Every bite of food was delicious. Our waiter, Colton, was very helpful on explaining the various items of the shefha and was also very comfortable to converse with. Tuna tartare might have been my favorite dish. The branzino with crispy shallots and almonds was luxurious. Crispy cauliflower and toun was delicious. The chocolate babka and knafeh were the perfect exclamation points. We ate so much but it was worth every bite. A special place that I hope sticks around for a long time.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review.
I first heard about this restaurant from my boss who attempts to get on their reservation list at least once a month. So I was going in with good expectations already, but I was not prepared to have them exceeded to this degree. I am someone that eats alone 80 to 90% of the time so the atmosphere of a restaurant is really important for my overall experience. When I walked Into the restaurant, I was seated within two minutes of opening the door my coat was taken from me, and I was comfortably seated and ready to start my experience. Every single person working the floor that interacted with me was more than kind and knowledgeable about all the food on the menu and altogether really helped me make decisions that left me overly satisfied.
The food was beyond anything I had yet to try it at any other restaurant that I’ve been to. I have been to lots of restaurants and Mediterranean food is my all-time favorite food genre, so for me to label this restaurant as the best Mediterranean food I have ever had is really saying something. The portions were generous, the food was seasoned to absolute perfection, and all of the pairings for the bread and meat were absolutely incredible.
I can say with ease that this is the best restaurant I have ever been to. I plan on making this a regular spot for me and my family to go to. If you are looking at reviews and needing one more push to get you into the door, let this be the one that helps you make your reservation. You will not be disappointed.

I’m giving this 5 stars because the experience was flawless. The ambiance is really cool, the service is great, and the food was truly amazing. I had the tuna tartare and the lamb; the presentation was beautiful and the quality was top-notch.
However, as a solo diner, $74 (~$90 with the tip) for just myself is hard to justify for a return visit. It is absolutely a place you have to try once, and they certainly deliver on quality, but at this price point, it’s a one-time experience for me. Great if you want to treat yourself to a 'must-try' spot!

Great place to have dinner. Very unique & delicious Lebanese dishes. We shared everything - we sampled 3 mezzes - crispy cauliflower, embered beets, latke. Our entree was the Freedom Run Farm lamb, which we shared. For the main course we treated ourselves to the Knafeh dessert. Everything was delicious. One note the restaurant gave us a plate of 8 different small accompaniments served with pita bread, which totally filled us up. Ashlee was an excellent server!

The food was absolutely delish!
We didn’t have a reservation but got lucky because a party cancelled. We were sat at the bar and the service was prompt and very attentive.
The wine and drink selection is extensive but not daunting. In addition to their craft cocktails they offer a full bar.
The food was amazing! Very simple menu but beautifully done and tastes warm and homemade.
We had the Harissa grilled Shrimp and chicken shashlik. The shrimp was laid on top toum which is a Lebanese garlic sauce. Salatim was fresh and delicious. The food was plenty for both of us but we could’ve easily eaten more of the delicious food if gluttony was not a sin.
